Came in with chronic sleep issues, and upper thoracic/back pain. She feels like her past is coming to the surface and she can't seem to feel confident in her career path. She has anxiety almost constantly and believes that her childhood wounds keep her believeing she is not good enough to do what she longs to do with her life.
After 3 sessions she reported that she felt some deep fatigue and slept many hours in the next few days since she started her care plan. She shared that she has had dreams and memories that remind her of times where she was disempowered by her family. She has had a much easier time connecting to the emotions of all that and is beyond grateful for this work. She feels as if she has had major breakthroughs already.

Came in with very painful lower neck and upper posterior shoulder tension. She said she has been running her life from adrenal energy and feels like she is carrying everything for her family all alone. She has some big decisions to make that are terrifying for her. We did some work with connecting to the emotions she is holding so she can release them, integrate them and allow wisdom, truth and vulnerability to be online.
After 3 SRI sessions and 4 entrainments and she reported she had so much release that she felt 10 lbs lighter, everything seemed brighter and more possible. She has been actively seeking support and organizing more support from a place of love not fear for the big decisions she needs to make. She feels like she is in her heart more now and can face all that she needs to in her life easier and with more strength. When her bound up energy was integrated she reported that more seemed possible for her and her family.
Came in with right shoulder blade pain and can't turn her neck to the left. She has had a past history of left a sided mastectomy and radiating pain in her neck and shoulders. She has trouble sleeping and often thinks about very stressful life issues at night. She shared that she couldn't do activities for very long due to the level of pain. Activities that are important to her like riding her horse, making dinner for her family and going on vacations have become impossible for her.
She reported that after one entrainment that she slept well and has not felt pain relief after the one session. She has continued to feel better and better to the point where she is able to ride her horse, go on vacations while carrying a backpack full of stuff all day and make dinner for many people. She feels pain come up from time to time but not like it was. She has since referred many people to me due to her quick recovery.
